The International Conference on Innovation in Civil, Structural, and Environmental Engineering (CIVILENG2024), organized by Optimum Research Meetings, was held from October 23–25, 2024, in Rome, Italy.
The conference, themed “Advancements and Innovation in Civil, Infrastructure, and Environmental Engineering,” featured plenary talks, keynote speeches, invited lectures, and technical presentations from distinguished experts from around the world.
The event brought together scientists, engineers, researchers, academics, and students to present their work and discuss new advancements in civil and structural engineering. It served as a valuable platform for exchanging ideas and sharing the latest developments in the field.
There were a total of 8 plenary speakers, 8 keynotes, and 27 invited guest speakers covering a wide range of topics.
Among the plenary speakers was Dr. Naveed Anwar, who delivered a presentation on “Accelerating Bridge Design through Integrated Digital Workflow.” His talk highlighted practical approaches to advancing bridge design through digital tools and reflected CSI Bangkok’s active role in promoting innovation in structural engineering.
Dr. Anwar’s participation also provided opportunities for networking, collaboration, and dialogue on software development and innovations in structural engineering.
