CSiBridge – EXPRESS Seminar

In partnership with AIT Solutions, CSI Bangkok cohosted an exclusive seminar and training on parametric concrete I-Girder bridge design using CSiBridge-EXPRESS. 

The event took place at the beautiful Chatrium Hotel in Bangkok on November 30, 2024. It focused on the powerful features of CSiBridge-EXPRESS for Parametric Concrete I-Girder Bridge Design, offering an invaluable opportunity for participants to expand their knowledge of advanced bridge design techniques and software application. 

Key highlights and activities 

• The seminar was conducted in a hybrid style with in-person and online attendees from around the world.  

• Insightful presentations by Dr. Naveed Anwar, Dr. Pramin Norachan, and Mr. Ashish Sapkota, leading experts in the field 

• Practical demonstrations and in-depth explorations of parametric modeling techniques and their role in enhancing the flexibility and efficiency of concrete I-girder bridge design. 

• Discussion on integrating emerging technologies and addressing complex real-world design challenges 

• There were professionals and students from various organizations and universities, all of whom appeared to be very excited to learn about CSIBridge-EXPRESS software applications. 

• Empowered participants with advanced knowledge and skills in bridge design software, providing them with the tools to tackle future engineering challenges. 

• The seminar also featured a few breakout sessions with snacks to allow participants to refresh, discuss ideas, ask questions and network.  

Overall, the seminar fostered a highly collaborative environment for learning, with opportunities for direct interaction with industry experts. It also encouraged continued knowledge sharing and innovation within the bridge design community.
